This study used a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods. The survey collected data on the type of content installed on social media platforms, career development goals, and perceived impact of social media on career growth. Additionally, in-depth interviews were conducted with 20 professionals to gather more nuanced insights into their social media usage and career development strategies.
